Do I need a card to try Pro?
No. The 14-day Pro Trial is request-led during Early Access. We'll review fit, open the right workspace path, and only discuss payment when you're ready to continue.
What about Pro Plus, Teams, or Enterprise?
These paths are request-led during Early Access — Pro Plus at $99/month for unusually high individual usage, Teams at $25/seat per month with a 3-seat minimum, and Enterprise as custom request review. We review each request and reply with a useful next step so we can verify the fit before you commit. Tentative means the number may move; we'll be transparent if it does.
Will I get hit with surprise overages?
No. Usage limits are confirmed before activation or payment. Credit packs are prepaid and optional where available. Sociail does not apply surprise usage overage charges.
How do managed email, SMS, or phone endpoints work?
Managed communication endpoints may require review, usage caps, and prepaid credits before expanded outbound or inbound use. They are reviewed before activation and are not broad self-serve checkout items during Early Access.
