Use Cases

What you do
with Sociail.

A few of the workflows we run on Sociail ourselves, plus the patterns we see across small teams in Early Access. Concrete and real, not aspirational. Growing as design partners share back what's working.

01 / How we use it

The Sociail team uses Sociail every day.

If we're going to ask other teams to bring AI into their rooms, we'd better be doing it ourselves. Two of the workflows we run inside Sociail right now.

Planning every release.

Every Sociail release runs out of one room: engineering, marketing, GTM, and the AI teammates that help us coordinate. Decisions, blockers, and follow-ups stay attached to the room that created them, instead of fragmenting across DMs and docs.

How it works
  1. 01One room per release. Cross-functional from day one.
  2. 02AI teammates draft launch checklists and surface blockers.
  3. 03Standup summaries land in the room, not someone's inbox.
  4. 04Approval cards on every external-facing post before it ships.

Running design partner pilots.

Each design partner gets a dedicated room. Meeting notes, follow-ups, open questions, and demo prep live alongside the conversation that produced them, so nothing important falls into someone's private notes between calls.

How it works
  1. 01Room per partner. Members are exactly the people involved.
  2. 02Notes go in directly call by call, not after the fact.
  3. 03AI teammates draft follow-up emails and prep next-meeting briefs.
  4. 04Owner approves before anything goes back to the partner.

02 / Patterns we see

What other teams keep building.

Two patterns we keep seeing show up across the small Early Access teams, workflows that map cleanly to what shared rooms and AI teammates actually solve.

Customer discovery interviews.

Small teams running discovery interviews use Sociail to keep the signal close to the work, instead of letting it scatter across docs, recordings, and the interviewer's memory of what was said two weeks ago.

How it works
  1. 01Room per prospect or research thread.
  2. 02Call notes & transcripts go straight to the room.
  3. 03AI teammates summarize and surface common patterns across calls.
  4. 04Decisions about next moves live in the room, with the why.

Coordinating an incident.

When something breaks, the worst place for the response to live is private DMs. Sociail rooms hold the timeline, the decisions, and the postmortem in one place, with AI teammates helping to keep the narrative straight while humans do the work.

How it works
  1. 01Room per incident. Spun up the moment the alert fires.
  2. 02Status updates land in the room, visible to everyone responding.
  3. 03AI teammates draft customer-facing comms and timeline summaries.
  4. 04Postmortem writes itself out of the room's history afterward.

Doing something interesting?

If you're running a workflow on Sociail that's working, or one that's close, we'd like to hear about it. Approved patterns become published use cases with credit and with permission.

Bring your workflow into the room.

Sociail is in invite-only Early Access. We're working with small teams who want AI as a teammate in their actual work, not as a side tab. If that's you, get on the list.
